Not able to attend the Exam.

I have logged in time. Completed all the System test got a Pop - up for re-scheduling the exam.

Did anyone go with the same situation how you guys have deal with this situation. 

Did they give your attempt back how was it done. Please help me so that I can Secure my attempt and Re-schedule the exam.

Not sure why you’re getting the reschedule exam popup—generally, that doesn’t happen. In this case, since you’re able to reschedule without any payment, you can go ahead and do it.

If you have any concerns or questions, the Now Learning support team is the best place to get a clear answer.

Its good that you have got rescheduled option not got stuck somewhere . So you are good to go reschedule the exam without any payment.

Why you got reschedule option, raise a case to now learning support - they will explain.

You have a 90-day window from the date of registration to schedule your exam. This deadline is fixed and does not extend, even if you choose to reschedule.
