Not able to claim my Servicenow system administrator - Need support to resolve this issue

Hello Team

 

I am unable to claim my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and would appreciate your support in resolving this issue. Kindly let me know if any further action is required from my end or if additional details are needed to assist with this.

Looking forward to your guidance. Getting the below error!

Please connect with your manager or lead who manages learning in your company. Your company will allocate more credits to you so that you can book the exam.

Hi @RashmiP62957137 ,

 

You have selected to pay with learning credits which should be provided through your company. Either connect with your product owner of the company instance if learning credit is correct, or chose to pay with credit card instead.

Hi @RashmiP62957137 ,

 

There are 2 ways to claim your voucher.

1- Pay 300$ and get it.

2- If you are working with any company which is a partner with ServiceNow, you need to contact your company's - Partner Portal Admin. If they have some learning credits in balance and they will allow, you can use those credits to get your voucher.
