Hello,
I recently failed my first attempt at the CIS-ITSM exam. I received my results per section (Incident Management, Problem Management, etc.), but not my overall result. Also, I can't find information regarding what constitutes a passing grade for this exam.
Does anyone have information on this?

NO body knows what is passing % of any mainline exam. The only thing, revise the areas where you get less marks and prepare well and go for exam again.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Saying this with love... the problem isn't that you didn't know the exact grade... the problem is you didn't know enough to pass. You also aren't going to get precision on what questions you failed. That's intentional.
Don't spend any emotional energy chasing the numbers
Just go back to the content.

Let me clarify. I'm not looking to make excuses. I'm trying to understand exactly where I stand so I can most efficiently spend my time studying before my second attempt. @Dr Atul G- LNG, I understand that I need to improve in the areas that I scored poorest, but how am I supposed to know how far I am from a satisfactory score in all the areas? How am I supposed to know if utilization of my strengths may make up for my weaknesses in other sections?
The black box that is passing this exam is a bit frustrating. It doesn't make sense to me that I'm not able to tell how far off I was from passing the exam by the results I was presented.

Hey Jack,
We aren't accusing you of making excuses. Frustrating as it is, the black box IS intentional.
You're not going to find out. You simply have to keep practicing the totality of the content.
And by PRACTICING I mean, being in the PDI building with the component pieces you've been taught... NOT re-reading course material or study guides.
