Hello,
I recently failed my first attempt at the CIS-ITSM exam. I received my results per section (Incident Management, Problem Management, etc.), but not my overall result. Also, I can't find information regarding what constitutes a passing grade for this exam.
Does anyone have information on this?

I failed 3 times in CIS - SIR exam and to overcome this failure i made a plan
- Read one topic/ chapter in a day and do labs
- Try to recall , what was question asked in exam from this chapter ( I am sure you will get almost 70%) questions.
- Try to knowledge check and see if you get some practice questions( Last option )
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

I took a look at the exam breakdown and determined how well I did. For example, if Incident Management is 25% of the exam, and I received a 46% for example, then I could conclude I received a 7/15. Add everything up and you can see where you landed.
I believe the pass is a 75%, but I have not seen anything official from ServiceNow.

My suggestion is to focus on the areas where you didn't score as well in. The retake will consist of a different set of 60 questions, so focus mastering the areas you didnt do well in. When you pass, you wont find out what your mark was - so I wouldnt put much thought into what your mark was this time. Master each of the sessions and you will breeze through your retake.
