BCG introduced ServiceNow back in 2016. Having that said there still a ton of additional potential to increase the usage of the platform.
Certainly being able to show the value, or return of invest, is key for any investment and that's why i am here.

Good morning,

My name is Erik Gunther, I'm a ServiceNow Architect/Consultant. I used to be the Platform Owner for Magellan Health. I now work as a consultant for Barings. I have these certifications: CSA, CAD, and ITSM. I'm working toward my ITOM certifications. I'm currently working in the ITSM areas Incident, Major Incident, Request, Change and some Asset Management.

I'm taking this class to address problems we previously had with adoption and showing the value of the platform. We were delivering a lot of foundational functionality but we had trouble demonstrating that to leadership. 

Last adventure? I took my daughter to Universal Studios and rode the Riptide Roller Coaster for the first time. I'm still recovering, lol. 

I look forward to this course.

I have been using the product for that last year, went live globally with ITSM in September 2018 after an accelerated implementation.

My name is Andras, working as a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect consultant, with around 6 years of experience with the platform.

I started off participating in an IT implementation project and gathered experience with gathering requirements and on-boarding It processes. Then became an admin and developer of the implemented functionality. As a next step, based on the success in IT, have worked on projects rolling it out to non-IT (facilities, legal) departments and architecting solutions.

Now I am working as a consultant designing solutions to various clients.

A great experience in that process was seeing the success and satisfaction of business lines after adopting the platform.
