Hi @KavithaY
There’s no such thing as 'popular certs' in ServiceNow; it all depends on the need. To get started in ServiceNow, you can begin with CSA, then move to CAD, ITSM, and other modules. As a ServiceNow trainer, I would suggest not chasing certifications right away. Focus on gaining knowledge and hands-on experience first, and then go for the certifications.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @KavithaY ,
To get started, begin with the Certified System Administrator (CSA) to understand the platform. Then, depending on your role, you can explore Certified Application Developer (CAD), IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM), or other modules based on your role and responsibilities or expertise.
For Beginners
Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Essential for anyone working with ServiceNow.
For Developers
Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Ideal if you build custom apps on ServiceNow.
For Implementers
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Focused on specific modules:
IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
IT Asset Management (CIS-ITAM)
Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
HR Service Delivery (CIS-HR)
For Architects & Advanced Users
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – For designing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Certified Master Architect (CMA) – The highest certification, proving deep expertise.

Hi @KavithaY ,
Agree with @Dr Atul G- LNG on this one - the question might be instead? What is it that you would like to work with, what are your current skills and your future ambitions?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
