SN has built in API hooks for most of the major systems, SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, etc. - if you go to docs.servicenow.com and type the name of the ERP system you are interested in, you should get some hits.

From the implementation course for PPM, they indicate Teamspaces aren't ideal. If this is the case, then are Teamspaces there purely to make segregation easier and is there another more advisable way to segregate the data if you don't use Teamspaces?
Is the Demand Manager role typically a person or a Committee. Since the Demand Manager is filling in so much information, would he/she have enough information and insight across all departments
Do you need a specific role to view and submit/complete assessments in "My Assessment and Survey" ? Specifically users that have access to the Service Portal yet do not have a ITIL license.
Typically it is a person who is a SR PM type indiv who works to get the financial and resource information defined for all of the ideas that are moved forward to demands. Then the Demand Mgr would present the various Demands to the Committee to see which ones move into real projects. We all know that everyone is limited by time, resources, and money...
Our organization is trying to take subjectivity out of demand value assessments. Does anyone have any suggestions about how we can use in-platform data to auto-generate a value based on selection instead of manual scoring?
