Pre-Sales/Sales Accreditation Program for Partners

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for a way to access the pre-sales/sales accreditation program for our Sales Team (as a newly onboarded Partner Organization). However, I’ve had difficulty locating it and I'm unsure if the issue is with my account access or if I’m simply looking in the wrong place.

Could anyone kindly guide me on where I can find the links or resources for this program? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there,

Thanks for the links you provided. However, when I try selecting a role—for example, "Associate Sales Representative"—no suggested learning path appears. Additionally, it seems the available options are quite limited despite our partner access.

I'm also unable to select a product line. I've attached some screenshots below for your reference.

Appreciate your help in resolving this!

I tried this on my end and was able to see the course. Please make sure you log in to Now Learning first, and then select the course.
