Regarding Resources for lab activities

I am currently doing ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course. In that course after each tutorial video a lab activity is given but neither the steps nor the resource files are provided to perform those activities in lab instance. Can you please help me with that. Some are saying that the resources are there in the lab instance but I cannot find it there

Try refreshing the step and you should see the step by step instructions on the Lab activity section/page. Alternatively in some cases you can find the Lab guides as PDF file links within the Course sub section or category before Lab exercise step.

For this course ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals on Demand, have you downloaded and checked the eBook that is listed or detailed on the second step in the course 'eBook help'. The ebook will have all the steps and resources needed to completed the Lab exercises and you can follow through the videos as well.

Please share the course link which you are referring here, also re-check the e-book first chapter there should be some instruction to download the lab work files, normally its already upload under knowledge article in the lab instance. Check the Knowledge article with name like training.
