As of July 1st, 2018 you have to either take the ServiceNow Fundamentals Course or take self-study through ServiceNow partner program. Once you register for that course and near the course date, you will receive your voucher to them take the exam when you feel you're ready.

Thank you for all your help! 

I've tried it twice, it says my email is already taken. Don't know if its the same webaccessor for ITIL exams. If it is then ok, but I am still trying to login, forgot password etc. No email to redeem password or reset it. Not sure of why its not letting me register for the exam.

I had an awful experience with Kryterion on the CSA exam. My webcam cable was too short and they kept asking for different views. I moved the webcam around until the cable pulled out of the USB port meaning that I had to start the 30 min process of launching the exam all over again from square 1.

*Pulling out the web cable or any other peripheral after starting the secure browser permanently disables it. It cannot be re-enabled without logging out of the secure browser and starting over.

*the "Launch" button, once pressed, is available for only 15 minutes. if there are any problems with the exam after the Launch button is hit, the proctor will send you an email from a noreply email address telling you to contact support

*There is no support UNLESS you enter the keyword "agent" in the web chat. All other queries are directed to the same 4 articles.

*Trying to access an exam after the 15 minute window described above results in a prompt to reschedule and pay the retake fee. The ONLY way to fix this is to contact support by typing "agent" in web chat.

*The proctors (3) that I worked with, had no understanding of anything stated above. They are merely there to cut and paste all of the policies in the chat and make sure the rules of the exam are followed.
