If you refer to that you do not pass the exam and need to schedule a new attempt, please see the answer from @JP - Kyndryl . If you instead refer to rescheduling your exam due to that you can't make the first scheduled time, then I don't think there is a specified upper limit.

I agree with @AndersBGS there is no upper limit for reschedule but still good to check with Now learning team via case. 

Rescheduling Options:

No Shows and Cancellations: A candidate may reschedule their exam if it is more than 72 hours in advance. If it is less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the candidate must either take the exam, or forfeit their registration fee.

Rescheduling: To avoid reschedule fees, candidates seeking to alter a scheduled session must do so a minimum of 3 business days (72 hours) in advance. Individuals who reschedule an appointment with at least 3-business days’ (72 hours) notice do not incur a penalty fee. Reschedule your exam through your Webassessor account by clicking on the details of your exam and then selecting the reschedule option on the My Assessments tab in Webassessor.
