Role: Software Development Team Leader

Experience: Using ServiceNow platform for 2-3 years as a Service Desk tool, development competency to build interactive eForms being established as of mid 2018

Why: To further our knowledge of the platform to deliver forms for the University

What: Build on the knowledge from the Admin courses and learn about advanced scripting techniques
