Hi, I'm Tony Proudlove from Allianz.

I am responsible for Allianz's ServiceNow instance across APAC and has been working with the platform for around 4 months. I'm attending the course as we want to start implemented Service Mapping for our APAC organisations. I want to take away the knowledge to do this effectively and best practise guidelines.

Outside work I enjoy Iaido and motorcycles.

Hi, I'm Ian Kerris from IBM.

I'm responsible for deployment and steady state support on one (and soon to be more) customers primarily in AN/Z. Have around 6 months experience with the platform as an admin at present.

Am here as we are in the process of deploying multiple ITOM components including Service Mapping at one of our customer sites so expect to be involved heavily in the deployment and upkeep ongoing so definitely need more skills around looking after it.

Outside work, it's very much weather dependant ; good days see me out on a motorcycle, average days maybe out with our retired greyhound and rubbish days see me sitting in front of a screen gaming. Throw in some live concerts there somewhere or other and that more or less sums up what little spare time there is.

I have been working with ServiceNow for about 6 years and I am taking this course to get my ITOM Certification as one my chosen area of expertise.

Outside of work there is parenting, watching the footy (AFL) and running.

Hi, I am Biraj from Hagrid Solutions pvt. limited working as technical consultant. I have 5+ year of experience in ServiceNow mostly in ITSM areas and would like to expand my skills in ITOM space. I want to learn Service Mapping in depths so that I would get the opportunity to work on this. My hobbies are cricket, badminton and adventures trips.
