Hi, I am Maria. I a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer in ING Bank Singapore and we have been using the platform for 3 years now. WEehave migrated from HP Service Manager 3 years ago. We have started using the Service Portal for more than a year now but I am usually doing back-end configurations. I joined the course to learn more about how Service Portal works so that I can also support the Service Portal configurations that we already have in place.
