I have tried
- unenrolling to the course and enrolling again
- creating new login for learning university
- installed inkling app and then tried
- as suggested by support rep, did in-cognito , cleared browser cache
The SNAA (Zurich) inkling book is just not showing up.
Need help with getting access to SNAA (Zurich) ebook.

Support almost always suggests clearing the cache for this, but if the Now Learning-to-Inkling sync gets stuck, it's usually a backend license issue, not your browser.
You can try these 2 things to check/do:
First, double-check that the primary email on your Now Learning profile EXACTLY matches the email you are using to log into the Inkling app. If one is a personal email and the other is a work email, the book won't sync over.
Second, if the emails match, reply back to your open support ticket and tell them: "Standard browser troubleshooting failed. Please manually sync my Inkling entitlement for the SNAA course." Sometimes the automated API just drops the ball and the Now Learning team has to manually push the book to your account from their side.

I have replied back to them to do a manual sync. Sadly, they are not prompt with their repsonse, may be due to the weekend there is no action on my case. I am hoping the manual sync resolves it. If it does I will surely updated what worked. Thanks Chanuka !

Hi, I'm also experiencing the same problem. I have tried everything (clearing cache, resetting password, unenrolling and enrolling) but my inkling account only shows my previous ebooks and not the ServiceNow Administration Advanced. Did you resolve the issue?

I raised multiple cases with Learning support thinking if any one knew a quick fix to it. One of the reps replied that this is a known issue and they are working on it. I did find a work around though. The Servicenow Administration Advanced (Xanadu) is available (but in Japanese). I enrolled for it.
Luckily the ebook showed up in my inkling. Now all I had to do was change the language as English in the browser and had my Eureka moment 🙂
Looks like I solved this issue myself. Try it and if you think this works for you, Accept the solution.
