ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals LabX Lab 4.2.1 - Add access controls

1. Verify you see the u_holographic_handheld_hhd_user.

2. Add the u_holographic_handheld_hhd_user role to the HHD application and remove the itil role.

3. Modify each of the HHD modules to add the u_holographic_handheld_hhd_user role to each of the modules (removing the itil role). 

This is the task. When I try to validate the task. The built-in AI says:

What to fix:
Did you add u_holographic_handheld_hhd_user to Incidents and Inquiries? 

I have managed to find incidents, but Inquiries are impossible to find. And the AI is not much help. Has anybody completed this task?

In case you, or any other learners are struggling with this... "Incident and Inquiries" is the module you created towards the start of the course. Navigate to All >> System Definition >> Modules and open the Incident and Inquiries Module. From here, you can add the required role to the module.
