ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu) - Issue with lab 3.2.1

Hi everyone, in the form builder I'm unable to drag the "Pilot" field under the "configuration item" field, I did this lab in a previous time, but I believe I lost the instance and now in my new instance (I did all the previous labs) I just can't move the "Pilot" field.

I would appreciate your help; I'm enjoying the course so far.

Hi @lgarcia,

it's caused because you have selected different scope than the scope where the record is created. Yours is Global (top right corner) and the record is in "Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace"..

Notice the message in the top informing you about it:

Click the "Edit.." button on the right, and then you will be able to complete the step ;))

Hi GlideFather, I'm sorry for the late reply and thanks for your input but the instruction from the lab says I cannot click on "edit in original scope", what should I do? I remember the first time I did this lab it did let me move the "pilot" field, dunno why isn't working this time

Same is happening on lab 4.1.1, cant drag and drop from the "add form elements" to the HHD form
