Servicenow Adminstration Training Inaccessible

Hello Team,

I am unable to access Servicenow Adminstration - On Demand training. I tried dropping email to nowlearning@service-now.com     got below response. Can someone guide how to reach the Training team who can provision my access

Login to Now Learning

On the top left you will get the Help Centre tab.

Click on that.

Then a new page opens, 

On the right side. you will see a button called New Case

Log a case with a screenshot.

Before doing this, try to open the training in another browser, and clear the cache of browser.

Correct Emails are:-

You can contact Now Learning support by: 

Creating a support case
Log in to your Now Learning account, click Help, and then click Create a Support Case. 

Emailing nowlearning@servicenow.com
You can email this address for any queries related to the Now Learning Portal. 

Emailing training@servicenow.com
You can email this address for any queries related to training or certification issues. 

Before creating a case, you can search the Now Learning knowledge base for an answer to your issue.
