ServiceNow AI Implementation (SNAII)

Khanna Ji

Hey Community!

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has information on upcoming Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions for ServiceNow AI Implementation (SNAII).

The demand for this course has been incredibly high lately and all currently scheduled classes appear to be fully booked. I've been trying to secure a seat but keep hitting waitlists or finding no available sessions in the near future.

If you have any of the below information, it would be greatly appreciated:

  • Are there any new sessions being added to the schedule soon? Any ETA if you can share
  • Are there specific regions or time zones where availability is better?
  • Has anyone found a workaround such as private/group bookings for teams?
  • Any tips on getting notified when new slots open up?

This certification is becoming essential for teams looking to implement and manage AI capabilities within ServiceNow, so I know I'm not alone in this search!

Any leads, tips or information from the community would be hugely helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Khanna Ji

You can log a case and get it clarified from ServiceNow Support.

Also you can reach out to your Company's ServiceNow Capability team for the enrollment request for the mentioned course.

If I have to go to Support and account manager then what's the point of having a community then? Can sombody from ServiceNow who is working on training schedules come and comment here?

Hope they are also actively engaged in the community to keep it live and engaging.

Hi

Thanks for the advice. Can you clarify what the Capability team is? I've reached out to our training guys for help but if there's another set of people to bother I'm up for that.

thanks
