For those who have newly joined the ranks of certified ServiceNow professionals and for some others, you may not know that after you obtain a ServiceNow certification, you need to maintain it. You can access the Managing Credit Pools Now Learning content here: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0010330&sys_kb_id=490638...
This will help explain things a bit. You may need to review your role within the Now Learning portal to ensure you have appropriate access.
Once Learning Credits are issued, users can then select to "Pay with Learning Credits" when they navigate to Now Learning and attempt to pay their maintenance fee:
