ServiceNOw delta exam

Dear all,

I am currently have a Sys Admin and Developer Service now certification.

I am now working all times with ServiceNow, it depends on  customer project and need but I try to keep as I can my Certification through running all time so called Delta exam.

I have heard that now enrol the Delta exam and validate current certification you need to pass an 2 extra mandatory certification so called "Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS-DF (CMDB and CSDM))"

 

I have never work and have no experience at all in CMDB in my db work.

 

Do you confirm or not that we need to go through those 2 new mandatory certifications ?

No, for the delta, there isn’t any prerequisite other than having the mainline certification.

CIS DF is mandatory only for these 7 mainline items.

Hello @User687957 ,

 

As per my understanding for maintaining CSA and CAD only delta exam is required. This CIS-DF  exam is mandatory only for certifications related to ITOM special certifications that mentioned by @Dr Atul G- LNG 

not for CSA and CAD .
