Concise presentation that explains the basics of the layout and different primary roles/views of the UI (User Interface) that includes the "getting around" the interface skills required to understand the tool.
Again, my only suggestion would be to allow for voice over option or not since to accommodate the various learning types.

I am using IE 11 on Windows 10. When answering the first of the 2 end-of-module questions, I clicked on the left side of the screen on the Edge portion, yet I received a message that it was incorrect. In the shot below, you can see where I clicked...

Using IE 11 on a Win 7 machine. Module 2 - ServiceNow Foundations is generating several blank screens. I've closed all windows and rebooted and issue persists.
Attached is a screenshot of an example.

In reading the comments above, I experienced the same issue. I clicked in the upper left and the response came back as being incorrect. I am using IE 11 on Windows 7. Not happy about that.

Hello bill_ymr cherylf.amos mik,
The Foundations Course Modules are supported on recent versions of most major browsers; however, the Knowledge Check (quiz) sections at the end of Modules 2 through 6 are not supported by Internet Explorer, which is stated here. Could this be the cause to issue you experienced?

Very simple and effective. A voice over option would be nice

These are great! Are there any plans to update these to or add the Geneva release? Especially in regards to the User Interface (Module 2)???

FYI in the typical System Administration slide, it says to click on the highlighted "System Properties" application label, but the highlighted application label is "System Import Set"

Hi I'm getting similar issues - using Chrome or IE - module 1 was fine, but module 2 takes a very long time to download each screen (over a minute) and then there's only voice, no picture.
Very disappointing.
For info. I'm using IE11 and Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m

Hi ianhayman,
I went ahead and tested this. I got the same issues with Chrome, so I restarted my computer and retested. It works for me now. Perhaps this will work for you, as well?
Best,
Taylor

Hi Taylor,
Thanks for your reply.
I have now managed to run through all of the modules, but I could not see/find the tests that were mentioned.
How do I access these?
Ian

Hi ianhayman,
The Foundations course has been updated since then. Now, it is interactive without quizzes.
Cheers,
Taylor

Simple and quick. This presentation ran smoothly in Win10 + Chrome.

Another thing that doesn't work in IE + Win 7 is the voice over, possibly due to locking by Skype, but it works in Firefox... I'm not convinced a lack of support for IE in the most introductory course is a great way to encourage enterprise customers to migrate to the cloud...

I need some help here. The following is the screen-shot when I tried to go through the Module. I only see the "Null" and it doesn't play any training video. Clicking on the Null will brings me to another error page as in the second image i shared.
I am using Chrome on Mac Book.

Same issue here with Mac/Chrome. Appears to be a security error that is blocking access.
Same result in Firefox, with this info:

Hi there,
I am experiencing exactly the same issue - 'Null' and then a warning regarding the connection.
I am using Chrome on Mac. I have also tried Safari and Firefox and get the same issue.
Please advise ASAP.
Thanks,
Scott.

In every single module I open, the video screen shot does not display in the original post at the top (it's just a blank box) and clicking on any of them results in a similar error message as Hans has shared above. I was only able to get to module 1 because someone had shared a hyper-link to the correct video in their post below the original post. Can someone resolve this issue so we can view these? This is very frustrating.
