Should the first slide of Module 5 read "ITIL" or "IT" User Role?

The slide is correct, in the module overview slide and the slide title however still read "ServiceNow Foundations Module 5: IT User Role". Also Module 6 refers to IT user.

I see what you are referring to. Thanks, Pepijn Schriemer! It should say ITIL User Role not IT User Role.

Hello bblane,
It is ITIL User. There was a typo before that had it as IT, but it has been corrected.
Thank you,
Diana

Concise presentation that explains the basics of creating/managing an Incident, Problem & Change Request while including the relevant Knowledge Management scenarios. It has good interaction where necessary without being obtrusive or time consuming.
Since the module refers to ITIL, I would suggest a definition and purpose of ITIL to be included, as well as the differences between Incident, Problem and Change since they are the key modules of the ITIL User role.
Again, I would suggest allowing learners to choose between utilizing a voice over option or not since to accommodate the various learning types.

Hello,
Great material this foundation course but as i understand this slide in module 5 the text should start : As you fill.. rather than As your fill..
Update perhaps?

Hello,
Materials are accurate but the 2 questions at the end of each module has a bug. Even if you choose the correct options, it tells you that your answer is incorrect. I have tried clicking once but this is not working as well. So i tried clicking more than once to see if there is any difference. Please see screenshot below.

Does "itil" role give access to all entities like knowledge, catalog and incidents?
