Foundations vs. Fundamentals.
What is the proper link to Fundamentals?
At the top of this Post, it has the following text which it seems to be mistakenly linked to Foundations via https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification/foundations-elearning.html.

Paul, thanks for your question. I'll submit your request to the team that produces videos for our ServiceNow Support channel on YouTube.
Here's a video that may help you get started: Flow Designer | Developing a Flow Designer Spoke with an ATF Test.
You might also find these articles in the product docs helpful:

Cat, its not that I need to see content about it. I'm familiar with the Flow Designer. My thoughts were about having it in this extensive compilation of "ServiceNow Foundations Videos" as its actually easier to build some workflows with the Flow Designer.

Oh.... Got it!
The Foundations collection was intended to help people get started quickly with essential core platform functionality. So it doesn't include more advanced features, such as constructing process flows. For those, we recommend going to the product documentation or searching by topic on the ServiceNow Support YouTube channel. There's also some good content on the Developer site about Flow Designer.

I understand the purpose of the Foundations videos. The source for my thinking around the Flow Designer comes from the ServiceNow's own pages on the product -https://www.servicenow.com/products/platform-flow-designer.html?gclid=Cj0KCQiAwP3yBRCkARIsAABGiPon4s...:
"Enable anyone from IT generalists to process analysts to easily create end‑to‑end digital workflows that automate any business process—from simple productivity to complex transformation—in a no‑code, natural language environment."

Hi Ashish,
Thank you for letting me about the learning path and it was a great content for beginners. Though I have completed 'Reporting Overview' course thrice, its status do not turn to 100% leaving me clueless. Any suggestion to solve this?
I have even raised a case for this but no reply since 5 days 😞

I managed to complete the videos (again) - still some excellent material.
But on the Now-Creators resume, I have not yet had the "View the ServiceNow Foundations videos on Now Community" marked as completed...
However, I have earned the "Star Service Owner Super Badge" - but not the "Star Administrator Super Badge", even though the material is the same? (and the only one missing for administrator)
I love the videos, the training programs and all the other awesome stuff available. But the way the Now-Creators tracks completion vs Now Learning.... Well, that puts a small sad expression on my face.
- Any way to have the site acknowledge the completion, so I can start flashing my new badges 😉 ??

Most of the videos are worth watching a couple of times, but as several community members have commented watch out for updated ITIL definitions.
Also, most of the videos are showing pre-New York release versions. Has anyone done a delta analysis of any steps to keep current with the most current release (Orlando as of March 2020)?
Helpful refresher overall, and worth saving as a reference if you don't work in some of these areas often.
Thank you

I got the same issue. Watched all videos but it doesn't show the completion in the creators workspace (Super badge workspace). Since some people said it isn't tracked how can this be completed? 😉

I opened an official ticket and the basic answer was that the self paced does not automatically replace fundamentals class. You have to contact them with a ticket to have them flag the class as completed due to the self-paced. Even then it's still not showing complete - they just completed the path I was on, no the actual class. I think they're stuck on you paying to attend the class for it to show properly on the transcripts in their nowlearning site. If you find out other ways to get past it let us all know please.

Finished the ServiceNow Foundations Course, but it will not let me complete the course. The button to complete the course is missing. It only has a previous button.
How do I show I completed the course so I can take the CSA exam?

It appears that Part 1: Overview User Experience (5:22) and Part 3: Overview User Interface (5:22) contains the exact same content, just with different speakers.

Hi! does anybody knows how to mark "Introduction to ServiceNow Products" as completed? I've attached an image from my current employee portal. It still marks as a pending activity even though I 've watched the 31 videos.
I'd appreciate your support!
THANKS!
