Who else thinks that now Leaning UI is terrible these days? I mean I cannot even scroll.

compared to my screen, yours looks like it's either displayed on a very small monitor or the window is zoomed in 😛 I have a standard 13,6 inches, not a large one...
On the right side, there's the bar where you can remove the left menu or make it full screen:
I believe it will make your experience a bit better.. let me know
Yes, I face same issue.
ServiceNow has to fix this UI issue. the below image is 75% zoom. the scroll bar is not even visible in 100%
