ServiceNow Offering Free Exam Vouchers After Successful Training Completion from 1st July'18 for Partners

We value you as our Partner and want to make sure you are receiving all new and exciting information about our training and certification program. As you may know, we are transitioning our training and certification program to more tightly align our training courses into the certification process in order to ensure that our candidates are getting their best practices information directly from us. We have also noticed a drastic difference in the exam pass rates in those who have taken our classes from those who have not. As of July 1, 2018, you will no longer be able to pay for a first attempt of a certification exam with a credit card via the ServiceNow Webassessor Certification website. Instead, each class that precedes a certification exam on a learning path will provide a voucher for free, reducing the overall cost to you by eliminating the $150 initial exam cost. If you are unable to pass the certification exam you will still be able to pay for up to three retakes of the exam at the same price of $75. So if I want to get re-certified in System Administration because my old certification expired, I now have to pay $1600 to go through the training?

So, from now on i can't buy the appointment for certification exam? I can see the buy now option in the webassessor site. Do let me know if there are any updates

how can I get voucher for the ITSM exam. Already enrolled to the ITSM fundamentals (self paced)

Hi,

In Hyderabad, India at present (from 29th june,2019 to till date 14 Aug,2019) there are no vouchers, as my friend paid 150$ at 28th june,2019 but he still didn't recieved a Voucher to book slot in webassessor, though our trainer is an Official ServiceNow Partner.

As like him many students are waiting for the Vouchers to give Developer Certification Exam, But why they ServiceNow is delaying for this much of time we dont know, Because He Suffering Alot He Paid 150$ (INR 10,000plus + GST)

The Bad Thing is I never ever think this happens Great ServiceNow 

was irresponsive in the sensitive case (150$ fee) and Not Responding certification@servicenow.com and training@servicenow.com both are not responding (i inform them at 6th Augest,2019 till now no response)

Really Feel Very Bad!!!!

Hope, You conway the issue in hyderabad, India and solve this!!
