ServiceNow Resume UX

I feel like more attention should be given to our ServiceNow Resume section.

1. We should be able to showcase all of our achievements publically if we choose. I selected all mine to be publicly displayed, yet they only show up in Private view. (see attachment)

2. Our social link should be easier to change. It should also link back to our original social link name in regards to showing our credentials. When you change your social link name, you lose your profile displaying credentials, unless you revert it back to your default name, ie., url/firstname381307927301247. (see attachment)

3. Selecting which credentials to highlight is by clicking an X that is muted or un-muted. You should lose the "X" and just have the checkbox selected or not selected for highlighting. (see attachment)

Hi @BrandonY,

I agree that the SN Resume doesn't look good and might be uneasy to set it up.

However what I can recommend you as an alternative is the Credly - you create a Credly profile, decide which badges (high stake exams and micro-certifications) to be public or private. And then you can share it, the viewer can see the criteria to achieve it. Shareable on social media or as a link.

It looks like this - list of Badges and Skills:

One particular badge:
