I have zero experience in servicenow.  I am a programmer by background but not done any programming in anger for several years.

My role is Software Developer.

Why am I attending? Get the Admin cert.

What would I like to take away from the course? See if I can learn anything new from the administration side of things of SNow.

My role - I was seconded to a project about 3 months ago to concentrate on running discovery. Since then, everyone else involved in SNow has left, so I have become by default the SNow Admin.

I'm attending the course so I can actually do the job.

Hi, 

I'm a Project Coordinator with the Porirua City Council.I have 25 years experience with Apple Service and developed my own ITSM ticket  tool in the past to support Apples largest dealer chain across the country. Moving to PCC they have have a need to establish a tool to manage all aspects of the business and I will be one of two administrators for Service Now. I have worked with Service now in the past as a user at PCC and at Spark Digital.

I enjoy brewing my own craft beers and a big fan of Terminator and Broken Lizard.
