Can someone help?  Many thanks in advance!!
Did you create the hhd_admin role?
Did you create the hhd_user role?

Cannot find the hhd_admin, and hhd_user role in the list.

You need to create new role hhd_admin and other role.

you need to create these two roles. Go to User Roles > Create new and then repeat the steps from your screenshot.
