When I get to this stage I can't seem to see the new record on the list, I have repeated the 3.0 multiple times but just can't work out where I have gone wrong.

I am having the same issue.

Following the 3.3 Lab, I have followed the directions from Sections 01, 02, and 03.

When I arrive at Section 4, I am able to Impersonate Beth, but when I type "HHD" into the "ALL" section nothing appears. When I stop impersonating Beth and become sys admin, typing "HHD" into the "ALL" section, nothing appears still.

I double checked my work and the following was created
- "Training" inside `cmbd_ci_service.list`
- "Infinity (HHD)" inside the Offerings Tab (inside "training)
- "Training Technology Support" inside "Users and Groups - Groups"
This group was assigned Beth, Bow, David, and Annette as group members and the group was given the 'itil' role.

Navigating to the Services page, the Training service was given "Training Technology Support" as a Support Group and Change group.

Under the Infinity (HHD) offering, "Training Technology Support" was given as a Support Group and Change group.

After all this work, there is no `All > HHD > Incidents and Inquiries`

I'm facing the same issue (No HHD present for beth and admin as well). Have you resolved it?

I am also having this issue.  I have repeated Lab 3.3 twice.

I posted this a while back and can’t remember the solution but what I did is troubleshoot it using chat gpt to great successes. Used screenshots to explain where I was up to on the module / exercise and then showed how when I copied the steps I wouldn’t get the same result (again with screenshots) then it helped me troubleshoot the issue, I think there was an early step a couple modules back I missed on accident and this was the knock on affect. After I found this issue it fixed the problem. Give that a go

For me, the solution was to complete Lab 3.1 Section 2: Configure List on Application Menu, which I must have accidentally skipped.

As a second possibility, if you're like me, and have typed the letters "HDD" (an acronym for Hard Disk Drive) hundreds of times over the years, check to see if you accidentally entered "HDD" instead of "HHD" somewhere.
