I am studying for the CSA exam but unfortunately have an outdated participant guide from 2016, must be Helsinki.  I've copied the contents from that guide below and was wondering if anyone can let me know how different the current Madrid participant guide book differs.  How much new content has been added/what is missing from my content below?
