Termination of exam.

Hi team, Recently I was attempting ServiceNow CAD mainline exam but due to some internet issue my external web camera got freeze in between the paper, and I got suspended from the exam after that I had raised a ticket seeking help and did not get any update till 2 month , but today I got a reply from servicenow legal team that my account has been Terminated and all of the previous certificates has been revoked and now I won't be able to attempt any of the exam for 1 year starting from the termination day. what should I do ?

Possibly , during that freeze SN encountered some illegal activities happened and due to this they terminate all your exams. I doubt from community anyone can help you., but if you are working with partner company, you may connect with your manager or team mate who is dealing with SN on training and certifcation. Might be personally connect and try to find out actual cause of termination.
