The August 2024 Exam Maintenance Period Has Ended
The ServiceNow exam maintenance window has ended and you may begin registering for and taking exams. Be advised that these exams are now on the Washington version. This generally means that the exam mostly remains the same, but there may be 5-6 questions specific to Washington.
It's recommended to review the Washington release notes relative to your exams area of focus (i.e., if you're taking the Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management exam...then review the Washington release notes for ITSM).
For those that may have had a voucher expiration date that occurred during the exam maintenance window (which was August 13-27), ServiceNow has extended those to September 30th.
This extension will not be reflected in your Now Learning account, but they are in fact extended, so don't worry.
