ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu):

Knowledge Check: Module 5 The modernized work experience modules showing as not completed and not tick marked as completed. even though I have completed all topics and assignments, videos. and I have also done all the labs. regarding the module
please  help me to resolve the issue.

Hi @VidhyaDharS ,

 

I navigated to this section and run teh video and it was showing completed.

so it looks like some cache issue. Please open this training in incongnito mode and run the video again and check. Or in same browser tab- you can clear cache and logout from servicenow university, Login again and run video again and check. I hope this will solve your issue.
