The ServiceNow Utah Exam Maintenance Window has ended and you can now schedule your exam(s)

This means that all applicable mainline exams have been updated to the Utah release. Even if your ServiceNow Now Learning course was focused on the Tokyo release, your voucher will still allow you to take the latest exam version. You can schedule your exam via the ServiceNow Webassessor website.

A lot of people worry about taking an exam on a ServiceNow release that differs from the version their course was focused on and while I can understand that concern, I wouldn't worry too much about it. The exams, for the most part, will still cover the same information as it had previously. The only slight adjustment may be that roughly 5 questions may be about Utah specific features/adjustments.

It's recommended to still study your Now Learning course material, the related e-book, if applicable, the ServiceNow Blueprint document associated with your exam focus area (such as CSM, CSA, etc. -- example: CSA Blueprint), and look at the Utah release notes for your focus area as well.

Don't panic about the exam version and don't push off scheduling it for too long.
