The best tip I can give from answering this question for a decade:
- ignore brain dumps and exam "prep" sites.
The ecosystem needs *CAPABLE BUILDERS*. It has more than enough 'exam studiers' who couldn't help customers on platform to save their lives. The CSA exam (once again) is becoming a byword for pretenders.
So, knowing that the ecosystem wants CAPABLE BUILDERS, and the exam is trying to test for that, the ONLY thing you should be doing for prep is *BUILDING* on the platform.
Take every component you've learned via your course and try to build something with it. Doesn't have to make sense... it just has to utilize the tool.
The exam is wall-to-wall questions who's answer you will know FOREVER if you had only used the component once in your life.
Remember. Every quizlet, every exam cram site, every exam braindump is an act of hatred against ServiceNow customers.

I'd recommend non-CSA holders to treat exam dumps with the disdain they deserve, and practice exclusively on the tool.
CSA exam questions are designed such that if you used the tool in question even once the answer is more or less obvious. If you're memorizing answers on stuff you haven't used, you're dragging the ecosystem down, and spitting in the customers' face.

This is by far the best response I have seen to this frequently asked question on this forum.

I'd like to know as well. I took the On-Demand course and there is no book that I can see.
