The best tip I can give from answering this question for a decade:
- ignore brain dumps and exam "prep" sites.

The ecosystem needs *CAPABLE  BUILDERS*.  It has more than enough 'exam studiers' who couldn't help customers on platform to save their lives.  The CSA exam (once again) is becoming a byword for pretenders.

So, knowing that the ecosystem wants CAPABLE BUILDERS, and the exam is trying to test for that, the ONLY thing you should be doing for prep is *BUILDING* on the platform.

Take every component you've learned via your course and try to build something with it.  Doesn't have to make sense... it just has to utilize the tool.

The exam is wall-to-wall questions who's answer you will know FOREVER if you had only used the component once in your life.

Remember.  Every quizlet, every exam cram site, every exam braindump is an act of hatred against ServiceNow customers.

Hi @LivyaP - I'm sure @Kareem Abdelkad was referring to the ebook provided with the course.

which book you used, please provide the link, it would be helpful .

Hi @NAVYASREES

The book referred to is the ebook students have access to when they register for the System Admin Fundamentals course.

There is no link available - it's only accessible when you sign up for the course.
