Training Content Not Loading

I'm following the Change Adoption Specialist Career Journey, but the content for the next step isn't loading.
Instead, the learning step link(s) redirect to a new tab, which is a landing page for ServiceNow Impact, without offering the option to skip or close that to go to the training. This is happening for multiple steps (or I'd move on and come back to them). I'm getting the same error in Chrome and Edge browsers, and after clearing cookies/cache to reset. I have also got the error message "400 Bad Request - Request Header or Cookie Too Large" Any thoughts?

You might try using another browser, and if the issue persists, log a Now Learning case through the Help Center or the Now Learning homepage.
