Unable to access Now learning portal

I have my Servicenow ID using which I am able to login into developer, community and other sites, however when accessing the nowLearning portal, the site keeps on switching back and forth- between SSO URL and the nowlearning URL and gets stuck in a loop with no end. I am unable to see the homepage or able to access my certifications/courses.

Please help!

Hi Sandeep,

When I login into the portal, from the nowlearning homepage URL provided, it keeps on bouncing URL's between SSO and nowlearn homepage.

You will need to clear your Browser cache or try in incognito mode of the browser.

Tried both. Same error.
