Unable to access Now learning portal

I have my Servicenow ID using which I am able to login into developer, community and other sites, however when accessing the nowLearning portal, the site keeps on switching back and forth- between SSO URL and the nowlearning URL and gets stuck in a loop with no end. I am unable to see the homepage or able to access my certifications/courses.

 

Please help!

Even your post is old - did you find a solution then? Beacause I have exactely the same issue.

- did try different browsers

- did try inkognito

- did delete the cache

-> nothing works.

any help is much appreciatet
