Unable to access ServiceNow University

Hi everyone,
I am unable to access ServiceNow University.
I recently left my previous role and merged my ServiceNow account (associated with my former company) into my personal account that I had prior to joining. After joining new role I have merge again my personal account to New company as it been asked by employer.
Now my personal account is showing this error to access ServiceNow University.
Each attempt results in an error:
https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home?auth_failed=true&id=lxp_landing_home
I’m unable to raise a ticket. Has anyone experienced this issue or have any advice on how to fix it?

Do you need the employee added in the parent portal? If not, then this could be an issue.
