Unable to claim "IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation On Demand (Xanadu)" voucher showing Prerequisites required, 

 

Short description: I have completed the "IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation On Demand (Xanadu)"and voucher is showing under my voucher section. But when I am going to schedule my exam its saying "Prerequisites Required". in that Prerequisites its showing badge and course. even I completed all course successfully. i have not received badge

Can you pleae share the screenshot where it is asking for pre-requisites and this current screenshot is not diplaying your course as 100%. Can you share screnshot again with 100% coverage display.
