Unable to Download CSA PDF Certificate

Hello ServiceNow Certification Support,

I successfully passed the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam on July 21, 2026.

My certification is visible in my Now Learning profile, and I have already claimed my Credly badge. However, I cannot find any option to download the PDF certificate from the portal.

Could you please confirm whether a PDF certificate is available for my certification? If it is, could you help enable or provide access to download it?

Hi @afreedshaik ,

You can find your certificate in ServiceNow University.

• Login to ServiceNow University: home | ServiceNow University | ServiceNow
• Scroll down to the "My Achievements" section. Here: https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard/params/scrollto/achievements 
• You will see all your certifications listed there. Just click the three dots on the certification tile and you will get the "Download" option.

Hi @afreedshaik 

1. Log in to ServiceNow University.
2. Navigate to My Learning in the header navigation.
3. Click on the My Achievements tab or widget.
4. Find the Certification: Look under the Mainline certifications tab to find the Certified Implementation CSA
5. Use 3-Dot Menu: Select the 3-dot (ellipses) icon next to the certificate.
   • View: Displays the certificate (Note: Pearson VUE exams may not display a certificate number directly in the viewer).
   • Download: Allows you to download the certificate to your device.
   • Share/Credly: You can also manage your digital badge here to verify authenticity

Hi @afreedshaik,

In the ServiceNow University, navigate to "My Credentials" then click on the (three dots) from there you can download the certification.

Thanks to all! who replied to me.

I have downloaded the certificate now but I couldn't see Certificate Number/Credentials ID in the PDF.  Could you please help me clarify that?
