UPDATED: Issues accessing ServiceNow University (clock)

If you have experienced this issue, please try logging in again as we believe it has been resolved. There is no need to create a case at this time.
I'm seeing a number of folks having issues accessing ServiceNow University this morning. If you're issue is you are seeing only a clock (like the attached image), please try one of the following:
- A different browser
- Private/incognito mode
- Clearing your browser cache
If you cannot create a case on Now Support, please DM me the email of the account you are using. It has nothing to do with your account, I need to have that to get additional support for you.

You can also try using this link: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/lxp-search?id=search&q=***&spa=1 You will be brought directly to the University search and can login from there. Do not navigate to the HOME PAGE or MY LEARNING or you will experience the issue again. From search you can browse for courses and complete courses.

Hi @Jim Poisson ,
Can you help me on the issue I've been facing.
I recently updated my ID to personal ID from Company ID.
Upon logging it using my personal ID, I'm not able to access the Now Learning and it keeps looping on the SSO.
https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/home?auth_failed=true&id=lxp_landing_home.
Note: I'm able to login on developer.servicenow.
