UPDATED: Issues accessing ServiceNow University (clock)

If you have experienced this issue, please try logging in again as we believe it has been resolved. There is no need to create a case at this time.

 

I'm seeing a number of folks having issues accessing ServiceNow University this morning. If you're issue is you are seeing only a clock (like the attached image), please try one of the following:

 

  1. A different browser
  2. Private/incognito mode
  3. Clearing your browser cache

 

If you cannot create a case on Now Support, please DM me the email of the account you are using. It has nothing to do with your account, I need to have that to get additional support for you.
