Verify ServiceNow Certification | Check genuineness of ServiceNow Certificates

Hi ServiceNow Enthusiast,

We all know about the ServiceNow Certificates and it's important in our career. But sometimes we are not sure how to verify if the Certificates are still valid or not and also sometimes if we use multiple email ID including Corporate Email ID, it becomes confusing to know which certificate is linked to which Email ID.

Please find the link to Verify ServiceNow Certification.

1. If we are sure of which email ID is used for which certificates, we can verify certificates using your email ID as below:

Once you click "View Certifications" button, it will show all the list of ServiceNow Certificates including Micro Certifications in a Pop up Window as below:

2. If you are not sure of which email ID is linked to which certificate, or if you want to check all your linked Email ID and Certificates, you can search with your Full Name also as below:

This will show all the list of linked Email IDs and their certifications.

NOTE: As now days so many fake profiles are running in market mentioning many ServiceNow Certificates in their resume, Recruiters or Interviewers can verify their certifications using this link.

Hello this is Akhil Reddy V. I had took service now CAD vancouver release on 23 November 2023. When I checked my now learning portal. For certificate expiry it is not showing any delta exam related information but I have received mail to take delta exam on or before 13 feb 2024. Do I need to take it can anyone help me out.

No, if the situation is as you say it is, you don't need to take the delta exam.

Since it's exactly a month until the delta deadline expires, ServiceNow just sent out a massive batch of reminder emails.

Unfortunately, even though they are a company that sells a workflow solution, at times ServiceNow are not the best at sending the right emails to the right people. So in this case, people like you (and me!) received emails with information that didn't apply to them.

The only way to resolve this is to create a case through the Help Center in Now Learning. The team there will look into it for you.
