I couldn't finish this task even though I had done everything according to the instructions. When I click validate task, it says Task failed. Can someone help me here. I am unable to proceed further.

Check these:

  • Board name must be exactly My Requests (no extra spaces).
  • Lane names must be exactly Problem, Incident, Change (case-sensitive).
  • Make sure the Problem record is actually added to the board.
  • Ensure you created the correct type of Visual Task Board.

If everything looks correct, log out or restart the instance and try Validate Task again.
