What's The Purpose of ServiceNow Micro-Certifications?
"They're worthless". "They're a waste of time". "You shouldn't post that on LinkedIn".
There certainly are some strong opinions on one side of the fence about #ServiceNow Micro-Certifications. Not everyone feels that way, of course. If viewed through the appropriate intended lens, Micro-Certifications are a great way for you to gain exposure, get hands on, and be assessed on ServiceNow specialty products (which is important since most customers are growing with the platform and going beyond the standard toolset).
