All I am currently working in adding data in Servicenow. One of the BIG key factors is we do not utilize the purchase order request function and thats imperative we do soon.
I am trying to do some self training by watching vids and reading knowledge articles that may be available.
I NEED to know how to create a purchase request as a requester , to creating a Purchase order from that request. Its imperative I learn this functionality to present to upper management , using the sandbox tool on its flow, requirements and process on how to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated. We are using the Zurich app from Servicenow.
