I'm curious who is the voice behind the SNAF On Demand course in nowlearning?
I love the voice and personality behind the videos for the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF) On Demand course in the ServiceNow nowlearning platform. It's the perfect blend of clear instruction, great energy, silly comments and genuine passion for the ServiceNow platform, features and functionality.
Whoever it is, THANK YOU for a great learning experience!

Hi! I'll, uh, raise my hand bashfully, here. I'm told that there's more derision than praise for my style out in the jungle of the Internet, so I don't usually go looking for the feedback.
That said, thank you for the kind words—but, most of all, I'm so glad you enjoyed the course!

Wonderful to meet your profile Phil g. I find it hard to believe there is "more" derision than praise out there, I mean, I'd accept "some" derision as you can't please everyone, but definitely not more.
Thank you again for your scrupulous, engaging and delightful training content!
